#56 - Mosquitos, Drills & The Holy Names: Trying to Meditate in Noisy Mexico

Two tired but grateful souls on broken chairs in a Yucatán monastery courtyard, talking about cenotes, asteroids, and the four miseries of material life, then circling back to the soft, steady lifeline of the holy names. From Montezuma's revenge to japa beads dipped in Mother Ganga, from Hare Krishna to the Jesus Prayer, this is a gentle invitation to chant, to simplify, and to remember that this human life can point us toward loving service, whatever path you walk.
